  • A reusable water bottle.

  • It will be necessary to walk between buildings during the day when classes change. Wet weather gear is advisable.

When should we arrive?

Registration for workshop participants will take place on Thursday morning, 09 April, ahead of the welcome meeting.

I have a special diet. Can the school cater for this?

Yes. We have been reassured by the school that their kitchen staff are expert in the provision of special diets and dietary needs. Please indicate your dietary restrictions at registration.

Is there parking at Hutchesons' Grammar School?

We will provide more information for this, including bus route numbers, closer to April.

Can visitors or non-registered accompanying adults attend the final concert?

Visitors and non-registered accompanying adults will be welcome to the final concert providing there is space in the hall for all course participants and their accompanying adults. We will confirm this after registration closes on 20 February. For safeguarding reasons, all visitors will need to register with the committee prior to arrival on the school campus. We will provide more information closer to the time of the workshop.

Is it possible for visitors or non-registered accompanying adults to attend workshop classes?

For both safeguarding and planning reasons, it is necessary for any adult attending classes or workshop sessions to register as an accompanying adult.
