Membership application
To apply to become an associate member of the BSMA, or to re-join, please fill in the membership and direct debit form online by clicking the button below.
Teachers should use the PDFs below for Teacher membership form and Direct Debit Instruction; these can be sent electronically as images, or by post.
For annual membership payments we offer direct debit as the most convenient payment method. This reduces our administrative overheads, therefore allowing resources to be directed most appropriately. We are unable to accept alternative payment methods.
If paying the entire membership fee in one payment is a barrier to your application, please email the office [email protected] and we will do whatever we can to find a solution.

Students taking lessons with a Suzuki teacher should become Associate members of the BSMA.
